Derek Alexander, Head of Archaeology for the National Trust for Scotland, has carried out fieldwork at many of the Trust’s properties, sharing his experiences in talks to the Forum. His research on Ben Lomond spans from the western lower slopes of the mountain down to the shores of Loch Lomond.
